November 28, 2018 – New York, NY — Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, welcomes Robert Crowley, CPA, Karen Kerby, CPA, and Rich Fuchs, CPA to the firm as it expands its expertise in the financial services industry, particularly for asset management clients and broker-dealers. All three join the firm as Partners, with Crowley and Kerby leading the Financial Services Group for the firm.

Robert Crowley, who is based out of Prager Metis’ New York City office, provides expert tax and consulting services to a variety of complex domestic and international equity and fixed income hedge funds, private equity, funds-of-funds, broker-dealers, and management companies. He has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years.
Karen Kerby, based out of Prager Metis’ Basking Ridge office, has worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years, including 24 spent in public accounting. Her expertise lies in conducting audits of investment partnerships (including hedge funds, fund of funds, and private equity funds), and providing consulting and accounting services for fund managers. She is also experienced in conducting audits for broker-dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and various nonprofit organizations.
Richard Fuchs, also based out of the Basking Ridge office, specializes in providing accounting, audit, and consulting services to Registered Investment Advisers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and private equity firms. In addition, his experience includes employee benefit plan audits and ensuring his clients’ compliance with SEC and FINRA Rules and Regulations.
