Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in IT

· Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.

Specialization: VMware: ESXI, Horizon, VDI, Active Directory, Firewall configuration

 

Job Description:

· Supporting IT requirements for clients/staffs who would be in US/UK time zone.

· Monitoring and updating all incidents and requests, including calls assigned to external suppliers/vendors.

· Tracking all work, inventory, and projects using a ticketing system.

· Providing technical support via telephone/email and remote-control desktop tools.

· Diagnosing and resolving technical software issues remotely.

· Research questions using available information resources and document procedures.

· Working knowledge of office 365 applications and its troubleshooting.

· Reassigning or escalating incidents and requests to appropriate support level, third parties or other teams where appropriate level of discussion of issues with colleagues will be conducted.

· Based on your performance, you would be assigned additional responsibilities.

· The technician has to keep track of all issues related to patches, features, deployment, and permissions.

· It is the responsibility of the Desktop Deployment Technician to assist in Data Migration.

· They have to identify and resolve deployment related issues and maintain the accuracy of deployed machines.

· The professional has to image/re-image new and existing desktops and laptops.
