Marketing Coordinator

· Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing.
· Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
· Demonstrates an ability to function at a high level in a deadline driven, time-sensitive environment.

Job Description:
· Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing deliverables.
· Manage CRM data entry.
· Manage marketing collateral inventory and manage logistics presence at public-facing events.
· Track performance metrics to ensure ROI on all marketing objectives and report results to the partners every quarter.
· Track analytics for multiple social media channels and marketing campaigns.
· Assist in the development and execute external marketing campaigns.
· Ensure consistency of brand by maintaining standards throughout all brand touchpoints.
· Edit collateral materials such as bios, flyers, and other materials as needed.
· Manage vendor relationships.
· Other marketing, business development, and graphic design tasks as needed.
· Must have a strong understanding of marketing platforms like HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and all Social Media.
· Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to follow detailed instructions, and consistently meet deadlines.
