Patricia Hamilton oversees tax preparation, tax planning, and tax research for extraordinary tax matters. Her expertise includes preparing highly complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses. Patricia’s clients are from a variety of industries including real estate, restaurants, personal services, manufacturing, and technology. “I am grateful to have my contributions recognized by this appointment and look forward to future growth and development at the firm and with our clients.”
Satang Janneh provides audit and consulting services to clients in real estate, affordable housing, and not-for-profit organizations (including OMB uniform guidance). Satang’s expertise also includes financial and compliance audits for HUD and low-income housing projects. Satang’s clients always come first, she strives to deliver all requests on a timely basis while always being available when they have any questions or concerns. “It is an honor to achieve this position,” said Satang, “It has been a pleasure working with such talented team members.”

Michael Raiken has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, his responsibilities include working with tax controversy clients to minimize their tax liability and exposure, providing representation before federal and state agencies through audit, appeals and litigation processes as necessary. He prides himself on providing his clients peace of mind and comfort by guiding them through each step of their audit or appeals process and maintaining constant communication of the progress and status of their case. “I am excited to become a Principal of Prager Metis,” says Michael, “I will continue to render quality service to our existing clients and look forward to providing new clients with outstanding professional and personal service.”
