Yasmine Misuraca is a forensic accounting specialist providing consulting and expert witness services and has over 25 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. Working for both plaintiffs and defendants, Ms. Misuraca’s diverse clientele includes private individuals, attorneys, corporations, and government agencies. She specializes in conducting forensic examinations and assisting clients in complex disputes, such as contract disputes, U.S. SEC actions, mergers and acquisitions, and matrimonial disputes.
