Jane joins Prager Metis as a Director in the Royalty Audit & Contract Compliance Group and will be based out of Prager Metis’ El Segundo, CA office.

Jane has extensive experience in conducting royalty examinations of digital media services. Her expertise extends into reviewing licensing agreements and regulations to confirm the accuracy of clients’ royalty accountings. In addition, she has also provided litigation support on a variety of high-stakes civil cases, specializing in eDiscovery activities and technologies.
