Fernando has been in the accounting profession since 1998 and oversees the firm’s International Tax practice. Andrew leads the firm’s Co-Op and Condominium practice group and has been in the accounting profession since 2007.

Fernando leads the firm’s International Tax Practice. He is dedicated to advising U.S. and foreign clients on a full range of cross-border tax planning and compliance matters aimed at efficient cross-border structures and operations. He is a thought leader related to recent U.S. tax reform and has published several articles on the subject, including “Opportunity for Tax Optimization of Cross-Border Structures Following U.S. Tax Reform” and “Tax Optimization for Exporters After U.S. Tax Reform.”

In addition, Andrew has extensive experience providing financial management and advisory services to his clients.
