  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Accounting  
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. 

Specialization: QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Xero, Bill  

Job Description: 

  • Daily QBO write-up. 
  • Weekly, monthly QBO write-up and Desktop QB write-up. 
  • Weekly Xero write-up. 
  • Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on monthly basis. 
  • Up-dation of Bill.com 
  • Vendor reconciliation based on the client requirements. 
  • Emails handling for assigned clients. 
  • FS adjustments based on the client’s requirements. 
  • Available for client calls & meetings. 
  • Other ad hoc activities as like Tracker up-dation etc.
