  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Accounting  
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. 

Specialization: SAP Accounting and Payroll – Essential, CCH, Xero. 

Job Description: 

  • Maintain and review accounting records on bookkeeping software including SAP and Xero, 
  • Prepare VAT Returns, 
  • Prepare management accounts to include commentary and supporting analysis for onward client approval, 
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll as well as any associated submissions relating to pensions, 
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and that reporting deadlines are met, 
  • Carry out continuous review of client information to ensure efficient and cost-effective services are being provided, 
  • Provide a support service by working with all departments as required, 
  • Manage junior accountants, including day-to-day communication and motivation as well as succession planning and performance management. 
  • Knowledge in SAP PO process, Accounts payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL) 
  • Bank reconciliation (Bank entry posting and clearing) 
  • Month end closing (Vendor clearing, Posting Accruals, Prepayments and Journals) 
  • Preparing Accounts Reconciliations
